Pedernales Bend POA has created multiple flexible options for submitting your annual dues. We now offer monthly payments via PayPal directly through this website through the link below.

Annual dues are fixed at $30 per Lot. To cover road maintenance an additional $170 voluntary donation is greatly appreciated by the community. Please use the contact form below if you would like to speak with the committee to get current on back dues.
